The recycling of electronic equipment is a must. Many of these devices contain substances harmful to humans and the environment. Think of batteries, CFCs and other heavy metals that are found in LCD displays for example. But beside these pollutants these devices also bear valuable materials.
Recycling makes sure that these materials are separated from each other and can be reused. In addition, the advantage of environmental friendly recycling of raw materials is our joint commitment to this world we live in.
WHAT WE DO
International processing of telecom scrap such as cabinets, antennas, core units and many other electronic items. We are active in this line of work and collect, sort, transport and process worldwide with our allied partners.
The European Union has issued a directive in which the protection and conservation of our environment is guaranteed. Manufacturers and importers have to comply with the WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). You are responsible for the collection, disposal and recycling of e-waste. You also have the duty to register.
The directive is quite simple. Anything with a plug or battery falls under the scope of this Directive. The dimensions of the device are therefore irrelevant. USB stick, electric toothbrush, computer and peripherals of these devices fall within the scope of the WEEE.
